Insurance/Payment Options
We are Preferred Providers for Aetna, Delta Dental, Washington Dental Service, Regence, and Premera Blue Cross.
However, we accept most dental insurance plans and we will be happy to submit your claim on your behalf. To utilize this service, we ask that you bring a copy of your dental insurance card or all necessary information (subscriber name, birth date, identification number, name and mailing address of your insurance company).
